    Data Processing When You Load Our Website

    Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data from the calling device, including the user's operating system, and date and time of access.

    The temporary storage of the IP address is necessary for the delivery of the website. Storage in logfiles ensures functionality and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR. Data in log files is deleted after seven days at the latest.

    Use of Cookies

    When you visit our website, we use cookies which can be stored on your device. You have the choice of whether you permit the setting of cookies via our consent manager.

    Non-essential cookies process: IP address, internet user location, date and time, customization of advertisements, tracking of surfing behaviour, and linking with social media platforms.

    Newsletter

    The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR. Data will be deleted when the newsletter subscription is cancelled. Every newsletter contains an opt-out link.

    Contact via Email

    If you contact us via email, the personal data transmitted will be stored and used exclusively for processing the conversation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR. Data will be deleted when the conversation has ended.

    Contact Form

    We collect: email address, last name, first name, pseudonym, address, telephone/mobile phone number, IP address, and date and time. Data is used exclusively for establishing contact. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR.

    Application via Email and Form

    We collect: title, last name, first name, address, telephone/mobile, email, salary expectations, education information, language proficiencies, CV, certificates, and photo.

    The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR. After completion of the application procedure, data will be stored for up to 3 months then deleted.

    Corporate Web Profiles on Social Networks

    We maintain corporate profiles on YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn. If you interact with our profiles (e.g. comments, contributions, likes), you may make personal data public. The legal basis for communication is Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR.

    Hosting

    The website is hosted on servers of AWS, 1 Principal Place, London, Worship Street, EC2A 2FA. The server is geographically located in the UK. Data collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR.

    Registration

    We offer users the opportunity to register. Data collected includes: email address, last name, first name, pseudonym, address, telephone/mobile, IP address, and date and time. Registration may be required to purchase courses, e-learning courses, or surveys.

    The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR. Data will be retained for as long as your account is active.

    Integrated Third-Party Services

    We use various service providers including Bootstrap (via StackPath CDN), Google AdWords, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Remarketing, Google Maps, Google ReCaptcha, Google Webfonts, Font Awesome, and LiveChat.

    Where such services are essential, we have a legitimate interest in sharing your data (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Where additional services are used, data is only transferred with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR).
